user's sole risk. Neither Hamara Holiday.com , its
affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents,
third party content providers or licensors warrant that
Hamara Holiday .com will be uninterrupted or error free; nor
do they make any warranty as to the results that may be
obtained from use of Hamara Holiday.com , or as to the
accuracy, reliability or content of any information,
service, or merchandise provided through Hamara Holiday.com.

warranties of any kind, either express or implied,

would be corrected or make any representations regarding the

in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or
otherwise. You (and not Hamara holiday.com) assume the
entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or
correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of
implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to

is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal
conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of

for any damages, including, without limitation, direct,
